The property is located on High Street, to the North of Sutton Coldfield Town Centre, within close proximity to the College, Police Station and Railway Station and within an area comprising a reasonable number of offices on the first and second floor, with retail units based on the ground floor. It was most recently occupied by the Conservative Party. The original building is believed to date from mid to late 1800’s.
The building is a 3-storey Grade II Listed mid-terraced building. The original building is of solid brickwork construction surmounted by multiple pitched, clay tiled roof structures with part flat felted roof at the rear and with a small section to the side also having a mono pitched Georgian wire glazed roof on a timber frame. Fenestration is timber framed, single glazed with sash style windows to various openings.
